October 19th 2023 was a milestone. it was 365 days straight of a ride every day since was first able to get on the bike Oct 15th 2022 since the July 28th 2022 major knee surgery. To some it seems insignificant the 3 months of healing and such post surgery.
To be honest if it was due to just a crash while riding some downhill run it would be ok. It would be part of when things go wrong.
However this was not the case here. It was not insignificant what led to this and was done to me. It was the willful choices of an evil doer who will fully maimed me with a vehicle. Add to that 2 plus years of lies, denials, gaslighting, and endless denying me of car while in a vulnerable position.
And to be honest while this day was a year later I had only started to let my guard down to be able to do more. However contrary to the belief that has been put forth onto me that changing ingrained habits after almost 4 years is simple after surgery. It is not.
We shall see where things are in another year as the process of relearning things from behaviour and to how my body functions. As well as how the long term injury affects will be triggered in the future. It will take time. And will write more in the future.
